What is included in the price?
All pricing includes:

Are graphics created by AI?
No. We do not use any AI software to help generate any graphic files.
The graphics we produce for you are 100% made by our in-house team of illustrators, designers and artists. Every step in the process is hand-done by us before its good to go to the next phase. Any graphic we deliver is of the highest quality and human-made.
Why wouldn't we hire an in-house designer?
Fair question!
Our reasoning is that currently the cost of hiring one in-house designer far exceeds our pricing. This is because of scarce availability in the blockchain space, as well as having to offer extra benefits on top of a competitive salary. And the recruitment process can be time consuming that comes with a work in period.
Also, it’s not always the case that a designer has a full work schedule, which means you’ll be paying for a fulltime payroll employee that is not fully utilized.
With our monthly plan you can cancel or pause anytime, and thereby ensure you are only paying for when graphic work is most needed.
Delivery times?
Depending on complexity, most requests will be delivered within 2 days. Requests are delivered one after another and always by the same designer.
What if a design does not match our expectations?
Not to worry, we keep designing and refining until you are 100% satisfied with the result.
To ensure maximum quality, the same designer is always assigned to your requests. This ensures that the asset library we build for each brand is fully utilized.
How is payment handled?
We offer invoices to be paid via:
- Bank transfer
- Crypto transfer (bep20/erc20) in any stablecoin
Can we purchase source files?
Yes. We offer the purchase of source files at an extra charge, to be decided per video project.
How can we submit requests?
You’ll get access to a personal Trello board and a Telegram group chat. From there you can link to anything we can read; Google Drive, Figma, Frame, Adobe, … as long as you can communicate your wishes to us, we will deliver.
You can add unlimited requests to the Trello board, and they will be delivered one by one.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes. We offer referral discounts; 5% discount credited into your next monthly payment in the event of a referral that becomes a client.
Which programs do you use?
We can deliver files in any format you wish (just specificy it in the request). We currently use Figma, Photoshop, Indesign, After Effects, Webflow and Hubspot.
